Born in Atlanta, GA. One of Atlanta's DJ's that has his own untouchable style, In 1987 he started coming to Nashville, where he started DJing in Franklin, TN this is where he is well known for his work with Rick Walker, at 92Q the hottest radio station in Nashville. With his work there, he went on to DJ in night clubs such as: The Malibu, The Mixx Factory, Club Fantasia Gentlemen’s Club, Club Illusion Gentlemen’s Club, The Mirage Gentlemen’s Club, Club Paradise, The Palladium and from there he opened up his own club called Klub Amnesia. After he started that venture he, started his own record label named Tight Grip Recordz also his DJing service Dem A.T.R. DJ’s and ATR Entertainment. He has Djed for and with the following: Puff Daddy, Missy Elliott, Eve, 3.6 Mafia, Gangsta Boo, Ginuwine, Frankie Beverly & Maze, Kci & JoJo, Pastor Troy, Ma$e, YoungBloodz, Jagged Edge, Mystical, Kid Capri, FunkMaster Flex just to name a few. LIL JR has been DJing since he was 13 an spinning the hottest hits of HipHop, Rap, Old School, House, Trans, Blues, Raggae, Techno, Easy Listening, Country, Jazz and more.
